We are not liable for any damages caused by shipping. All items are packed in bubble wrap for protection during transit.

Returns

For hygiene and food safety reasons, returns are strictly not allowed

Refunds are processed on case by case basis, do contact us if you have an issue with your order

Treats should be kept in airtight packaging once opened, we recommend storing treats in the freezer upon receipt.

As our recipes do not contain preservatives, always check treats before feeding as precaution.
